Residences by Armani/Casa is an ultra high-end condo tower in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. The 260 residences reflect the luxury and elegance of the Armani lifestyle. Reservations are now being taken with expectations of delivery in the summer of 2017.

The Residences by Armani/Casa are spacious, varying from 1,358 to 3,756 square feet and ranging in price between $1,000 – $1,500 per square foot. They will be designed by Argentinian architect Cesar Pelli, known in Miami as the architect that designed the Arsht Center. There are only 5 residence per floor and only five different floor plans with 2 to 4 bedrooms per floor plan.

The residences will be sold decorator-ready, but the Armani/Casa design team is offering packages to build out and furnish your residence. Four out of the five floor plans sit directly on the ocean with flow-through layouts. Residence types A, D and E have their square-footage change floor-to-floor as you go higher.
