Turnberry Ocean Club is an ultra-luxurious condo tower in Sunny Isles Beach. It will stand 54 stories tall, 649 feet tall. There are only 154 large luxury condos. These residences have flow-through floor plans with ocean and bay views and will max out at four per floor.
