The Residences at Miami Beach Edition has a small number of limited edition luxury condos for sale. It is a project by developer Ian Schrager with two penthouses designed by renowned John Pawson. It is an 18-floor luxury condo building and every floor plan is amazing. The units have a number of custom furnishings and features by John Pawson plus eight foot deep terraces overlooking the ocean.
